Violette Ayad

Violette is a Middle-Eastern Australian actor, writer, theatre-maker, and producer.

Originally from Perth, Violette is now based in Sydney.

Violette spent last year touring the country with the Bell Shakespeare Players. Most recently, she appeared in Coram Boy (bAKEHOUSE Theatre Co.), and The House at Boundary Road Liverpool (bontom), which she also co-wrote. Previously, Violette produced and performed in Blame Traffic (twenty seven six), and performed in Revolt. She said. Revolt again (House of Sand).

Violette trained at NIDA (BFA Acting), graduating in 2017. Whilst at NIDA Violette appeared in The Show that Smells (dir. Rachel Kerry), Fraternal (dir. Ben Sheen), The Hypochondriac (dir. Constantine Costi), Woyzeck (dir. John Sheedy), Twelfth Night (dir. Tom Wright), and Sportsplay (dir. Clemence Williams).
