Oliver Wakelin

Audrey contributor, Writer

Oliver is a writer who lives in Sydney. He spent his early years in Dublin, and lived for a little while in London, too.

He is reviews editor at Southerly Journal, and a fiction reader at Overland Journal. His reviews have appeared in Southerly, ArtsHub, Australian Arts Review, Stage Whispers, and Scoop.

His short stories have appeared in Southerly, Seizure, and TEXT and a couple of his plays have been read at Sport For Jove Theatre Company.

He is a WAAPA acting and USYD law grad, and is currently a creative writing PhD candidate at UNSW. His novel Aos Sí was long listed for the Kill Your Darlings Unpublished Manuscript Award.
