Jason trained at the Victorian College of the Arts and NIDA in theatre directing and has written about theatre in Sydney for 20 years, starting as arts editor of the The City Hub.
He’s written for a variety of magazine titles, edited a subscription TV guide, and worked for Fairfax as a sub-editor and producer. From 2006 to 2017, he was the theatre critic for the Sun-Herald and the Sydney Morning Herald. His reviews have also been published in Limelight Magazine and Time Out Sydney.
