The Lost Lost Cabaret

Date: 11 Oct 2019

What do you get when you cross an unintelligible harmonica player, an emcee falling off the stage and an interrupting chicken?

You get The Lost Lost Cabaret, a loose-unit collection of character comedians, musical comedians and alternative comedians.

The first incarnation of The Lost Lost Cabaret began in Sydney in 2016, with the blessing of London’s The Lost Cabaret. It ran for a year until February 2017, when the troupe rocked up one night to find the venue had been shut down.

Fast forward two years and they’ve found a new home on the top floor of The Forresters Hotel in Surry Hills having collected some new Troupers and lined up special guests.

This edition will be emceed by Mr. Cheesehead (Debbie Zukerman), fresh from the regional tour of You’ll Never Guess Where I Hid the Cheese, and will feature troupe members Mads Clove, Joel Anderson, Steve Meagher, Alison Kate, Berlin-based clown and puppeteer Duckie L’Orange, magician Heidi Hillier, juggler Daniel Gorski and ukulele comedian Jacinta Gregory.
