Masterclass

Date: 7 Mar 2018

Amanda Muggleton is Maria Callas in this new production of Terrence McNally’s 1996 Tony Award-winning play Master Class directed by Adam Spreadbury-Maher, Artistic Director of London’s Kings Head Theatre.

Late in her career, Callas accepts an invitation to conduct a series of master classes to a select group of young vocal students at the Juilliard School in New York. In her inimitable diva style, she passes on the experiences and lessons of a lifetime.

Dobbs Franks features as Manny, Callas’ pianist, and Muggleton is joined by three fine young singers in Jessica Boyd, Tomas Dalton and Kala Gare.
