Bin Laden: The One Man Show

Date: 9 Mar 2019

One man, one monster, one unforgettable act of violence. This is the story of the world’s most notorious terrorist. The man who shook the world.

Making its Sydney debut after a critically acclaimed USA tour and smash hit Edinburgh Fringe run, this intelligent and incendiary debut from Knaïve Theatre (UK) provides fresh perspective and creates a space for debate and dialogue within the unthinkable.

Following each performance of Bin Laden: The One Man Show the audience is invited back to enter into a debate in which actor Sam Redway leads the discussion in partnership with guests Dr Paul Dwyer (Senior Lecturer, Department of Theatre and Performance Studies, University of Sydney – April 3), Dr David Smith (Senior Lecturer in American Politics and Foreign Policy – United States Studies Centre, University of Sydney – April 4), and, on April 5, Dr Nesrine Basheer of Department of Arabic Language and Cultures, University of Sydney.
